Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Client  - If you cancel  31 days or more a 75% refund will be issued.  - If you cancel 30 days or less before a tour no refund will be issued. At this stage we have committed resources that cannot be reallocated at short notice.  - No-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour: no refund will be provided, as we will have reserved the day exclusively for your party and turned away other potential bookings.   Cancellations by Us In the unlikely event that we must cancel the tour (e.g., due to severe weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen circumstances), we will offer a full refund or reschedule the tour at your convenience, subject to availability. Rescheduling If you need to change your tour date, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. This may incur an extra booking fee.
